Who you would be working with
I am a residential REALTOR licensed in Indiana under Indy Crossroads Realty Group, licence RB23000104, working Johnson County and Central Indiana. I work with first time buyers, families moving up, downsizers, people relocating, sellers and investors.
My approach is educational rather than persuasive. I believe real estate should be transparent and relationship driven, and that a client who understands the process makes better decisions than a client who has been steered toward one. That means I explain every step, and it means I will tell you when a house is wrong for you or when the timing is not in your favour.
The goal is not one transaction. It is that you would send your sister to me. That is a slower way to build a business and it is the only way I am interested in building one.

Four things I will always do
Tell you the number before the house
Financing conversation first, every time. Touring homes you cannot comfortably carry is not a service.
Explain the document before you sign it
Every contingency, every deadline and what each one exposes you to. No question is too basic.
Say when a property is wrong
Even when you like it. Especially when you like it.
Answer the phone
Including with the news you were not hoping for. Silence is what makes this process stressful and silence is avoidable.
